Our Rose Oolong is a flower tea prepared using the ancient method, in which the tea absorbs the flower fragrance during the baking progress, producing a scented tea that’s aromatic and flavorful without using any additives or chemicals.

We blend our Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong with fresh Taiwanese roses to create an elegant flower tea that is both full-bodied and mellow, with rose petals lending delicate floral notes to a robust oolong body. Rose Oolong has a floral fragrance and a rich, sweet taste. Smooth and exhilarating. Dare we say a little bit like falling in love.

At Tea Ave, we use the same high-quality tea leaves available as loose leaf teas. That means that not only do they retain the health benefits of whole-leaf tea, but they also boast the same nuanced, subtle, and lingering flavors and aromas that our loose leaf teas do.

    USE BOILING WATER AT 100°C WITH 8G OF TEA LEAVES FOR 1 MIN. RE-STEEP USING BOILING WATER UP TO 4 TIMES WITH AN ADDITIONAL 30 SEC TO EACH ADDITIONAL INFUSION.

  • TEA BAG (250 ML)

    USE BOILING WATER AT 100°C FOR 1 MIN. RE-STEEP UP TO 3 TIMES.

  • TEA POT (750 ML)

    USE WATER AT 100°C WITH 15G OF TEA LEAVES FOR 2 MIN. RE-STEEP UP TO 4 TIMES WITH AN ADDITIONAL 30 SEC TO 1 MIN FOR EACH ADDITIONAL INFUSION.

  • COLD BREW (500 ML)

    PLACE A TEA BAG INTO A 500ML BOTTLE OF FILTERED OR NATURAL SPRING WATER AND STEEP FOR 8 HRS. REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE TEA BAG AFTER 8 HRS.
