Tea Time + Salads by the Sea

We’ll be the first ones to admit it: We adore summer. From day hikes to long summer nights, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the great outdoors.

Maybe that’s why we’re not quite ready to let it go. For this week’s post, we wanted to give you our perfect recipe for ringing out summer with tea time on the beach, and also introduce you to our newest Pinterest board – chock-full of our favorite salads.

So grab your favorite people, your Chillaxer full of cold-brewed oolong, your serving tray and cups, a picnic basket, and head to your favorite seaside destination. (Hint: Salads pack up perfectly into mason jars!) 

Some salads we’re loving right now:

Apple Pecan Feta Salad. Crunchy, salty, and sweet, with the first flavors of fall.

Strawberry, Quinoa, Spinach and Cashew Salad. This one’s got one of our fave super foods, quinoa, plus healthy nuts and fruit.

Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. With mandarin oranges, almonds, wontons and chicken. Yum.

Fresh Green Bean Salad with Balsamic Dressing. A unique salad with crunch, sweetness, and bacon (in other words, everything your heart desires).

Asian Cucumber Salad. Pickle your own cucumbers with this easy, tangy recipe.

Loaded Chicken Taco Salad with Lime Cilantro Dressing. This easy-to-make salad will satisfy your taco and salad cravings in one fell swoop.
