Make Tea Ice Cream + Tea Popsicles

Summertime’s here and we’re loving cool tea and cooler treats. After all, what’s better than a refreshing cold-brewed oolong paired with a complementary dish of tea-scented ice cream? Or how about a black cherry oolong popsicle?

We think all of the following taste positively yummy with some of our favorite cold brews, Wenshan Baochung Oolong and Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong.

Earl Grey Ice Cream

Concocted from bergamot-laced Earl Grey tea plus traditional ice cream ingredients – sugar, heavy cream, eggs – this flavorful ice cream tastes even better when it’s hot out.

Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream

This pretty green ice cream packs a flavor punch, thanks to matcha powder, plus creamy whole milk and sugar.

Thai Tea Ice Cream

This recipe from Wok & Skillet boasts a unique taste on ice cream, taking its roots from a silky, creamy, flavorful Thai Tea recipe. Bonus: If you’ve never made Thai Tea, you’ll learn along the way.

Sweet Tea Ice Cream

We’ve met Southerners who drink sweet tea by the gallon during the summertime. Here’s a new way to get your fix. Serve with blackberries, lemon, or fresh herbs, alongside a pitcher of oolong.

Oolong Tea Ice Cream

This ice-cream-shop-inspired treat is smooth and creamy, and we probably don’t have to tell you that it pairs perfectly with oolong.

Black Cherry Oolong popsicles

These yummy popsicles are full of refreshing ingredients like black cherries, mint, and our very own Dong Ding oolong. Try ’em out!

Ginger Peach Green Tea Popsicles

These popsicles combine green tea, ripe peaches, and fresh ginger for an antioxidant-rich treat that’s as delicious as it is refreshing.

We’re thinking about starting the weekend with a batch of tea-infused ice cream and some cold-brewed Dong Ding Oolong. What about you?
